Are you a qualified hairdresser and looking to further your skills and knowledge? If so The Academy offers a
variety of courses to assist you with this.

NVQ Level 3 – Advanced Apprenticeships

• Once you have completed your NVQ Level 2 you can go on to achieve your NVQ Level 3. You will need to be
  employed or self employed to undertake this course. This course runs in a similar manner to the Level 2 with you being required to achieve practical assessments as well as attending theory classes one evening a week.
• You will be required to achieve your Key Skills level 2 whilst undertaking this course.
• This qualification can be obtained over a period of 18 months.

Foundation Cutting Course

• This course is designed for hairdressers that have either just achieved their NVQ level 2 and need further training or practice, or for those that have been out of hairdressing for a while and want to get up to date with the latest styles or gain some confidence.
• Courses are held over 2 days.
• Models can be supplied or you can provide your own.
• You will need to provide your own cutting equipment.
