Interested in becoming a hairdresser?

The Academy can offer you work based learning one day a week.

You will need to be employed by a salon for at least 30 hours per week. We currently work with a selection of salons within the Norwich and Ipswich areas. For a list of these salons please contact The Academy.

If you are employed by or find employment with a salon that we do not currently work with, you can ask the employer to contact us and we will be happy to provide them with the information they need to allow you to come here.

You will attend The Academy one day a week. In that day you will attend both a practical and theory class. (exemptions from practical training will only be made if your salon has a relevant qualified practical trainer).

Funding is available subject to availability.
